The legendary «Chesa Grischuna» is located in the centre of traditional Klosters. The famous «Schellenursli» painter Alois Carigiet painted the façades and interiors and it is a total work of art of local craftsmanship and design from the 1930s. The «Chesa» became internationally known in the 1940s and -50s, when Hollywood stars such as Greta Garbo, Audrey Hepburn, Bing Crosby and Gene Kelly stayed here. This gave the hotel the nickname «Hollywood on the Rocks».
