You will be warmly greeted on your arrival in Zermatt by our friendly team and escorted to the wonderful Monte Rosa in the heart of the town. Your rooms will be prepared as requested with your welcome treats and holiday information.
In the mornings, after a wonderful breakfast looking up at the Matterhorn, head to the ski boot room where our experienced Ski Guides and Children’s Programme Teams are ready to welcome you for the day. When the children are safely off, you can join your ski guide and head up the mountains for an exceptional day of skiing in the region.
Once you return to the hotel, your Ski Host can be waiting in the bar to discuss your day and feedback on your children’s ski progress and assist with anything you need. In the evening, Later, why not go to Belle-Époque for a proper traditional dinner whilst the children are entertained at Yeti Supper or one of the evening adventures?
